The PX-08001-A is a non-contact precision freeform mirror shape measurement device that uses CGH (Computer Generated Hologram). By combining two principles, the CGH interferometer and the Hartmann method, it achieves measurements over a wide dynamic range (0.01μm to 100μm) that were impossible with conventional interferometers or Shack-Hartmann sensors.
